BSC Construction group
New Build Housing – Borehamwood
We are currently completing a project for a new build development, delivering a design package for nine new-build homes and a standalone commercial unit. Our scope entails the full electrical design, integrating sustainable technologies such as Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps, and EV charging stations.
We’ve managed the critical DNO liaison and application process to ensure grid compliance and capacity. Beyond power, we are performing detailed lighting calculations and designing the fire alarm systems across the entire site, to ensure full regulatory compliance and a seamless transition from concept to construction.

New Build Apartments – Brentford
Electrical Distribution Design and Validation of a new build apartment block as part of the “The Brentford Project” in London. We liaised with the DNO to provide the necessary engineering documentation to enable the energisation of the premises.
